International Commercial Engineer
We are looking for a commercial engineer who is ready to make a meaningful impact at an international level, based in The Netherlands.
Your role
You are pivotal in driving our ambitious international expansion plans. You’ll spearhead the onboarding and guidance of client projects in new markets, focusing on two critical aspects: a) demonstrating and leveraging the platform’s capabilities, and b) actively shaping the platform’s localization for seamless market entry. Your direct reporting line to the director internationalization & public affairs ensures your integral role in shaping our global footprint.
Key focus areas
▪ International real estate and infrastructure market
▪ Digitization of the real estate and infrastructure sector
▪ Net Zero Carbon, ESG and Circularity strategies
▪ Positioning of the Madaster platform to the market
▪ Collaboration with our international commercial and development team
Experience/ interest
You bring over 5 years of expertise in the design, construction, engineering, or asset management sectors. Motivated by a desire to make a meaningful impact, you ideally possess experience in
the circular economy. Thriving in international commercial settings, you are eager to contribute to a more sustainable and circular society through innovative digital solutions. Your skill set also includes the ability to actively contribute to and enhance the dynamics of a high-performance team.
Competences
▪ Strong communication, project management and delivery skills
▪ A commercial mindset and goaloriented approach
▪ Knowledge of design, construction, and asset management sector
▪ A good understanding of BIM with proficient user skills
▪ Expertise in (data) technology and understanding of Building Smart (IFC) standards and methodologies
▪ International orientation, understanding nuances in diverse markets and cultures
